● Warranty

All Lakilaki S925 Silver products are covered by a 30 (thirty)-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Wearing counterfeit or non-Lakilaki charms can damage Lakilaki bracelets and will void the warranty.Lakilaki will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-Lakilaki products. Stretching of Lakilaki chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your Lakilaki products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your Lakilaki product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. The standard warranty is for a 30 (thirty)-day warranty from date of purchase.

General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Lakilaki Care is not covered under warranty on Accessories items. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.

Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of lost items.

● Non-Defects Description

Be sure to read the following description, these cases are not included in the range of defects.

- We ensure all items sell online are accurately represented. However, due to the variation of monitors, photograph chromatic aberration, the color may have slightly difference which does not affect the quality of the item. The actual color will be based on the real item.

- Residual Glue and Cubic Zirconia inlay issue: Our products are 90% handcrafted, there might have some unavoidable residual glue and acceptable Cubic Zirconia inlay defects are in normal conditions.

- Earring Pin turns Black: in order to avoid allergy when wearing earrings, the earring pins may not be electroplating polished, so that you may find some of earring pins turn into black color.

- Curved of Earring Pins: most of the earrings pins are silver-plated, the pins are soft and thin, if the pins curved slightly is a common condition.

- Scratches: metal products may be overlapped or crashed slightly on the surface during the production procedure, so tiny scratches and nonsmooth surface are acceptable.
